Zannalyn Robest PMP®, has developed and scaled social impact projects within the government sector. She has used strategic foresight to secure funding to the tune of 6.5M for projects focused on mental health, workforce and community development.

Describing herself as a consultant at heart, ‘in-trapreneur’ within a corporate structure, even social time with friends turns into consulting opportunities.

Zannalyn is currently a Senior Change Management Consultant, leading anti-racism/DEI strategy development and implementation with the municipal government.

Zannalyn has worked on mental health projects and policy where she implemented and scaled trauma informed and workforce development projects. Zannalyn shares her insights into wellness, project management and anti-Racism through various speaking engagements. This venture is part of Zannalyn’s dedication to supporting organizations to avoid those ‘we should have thought of that’ moments and leverage foresight to avoid risk and leverage opportunity.
